Aloha!

Welcome to my website, a resource for all student trombonists. I was Associate Principal Trombone of the Honolulu Symphony for fourteen years before returning to Maritime Canada to play Principal Trombone with Symphony Nova Scotia and serve as the orchestra's Director of Operations. I am also an active recitalist and chamber musician and am looking forward to the debut performance of the Halifax Brass Project - stay tuned! I have more than 20 years of experience in the instruction of trombonists of all ages and levels, and am part-time faculty at Dalhousie University. I received a master's degree from Northwestern University and studied primarily with Frank Crisafulli, Greg Irvine and Jay Friedman.

Please feel free to browse the website, or contact me directly about trombone lessons. I can also help you to put together music for your event, whether you are looking for a solo trombone, a brass ensemble of any size or a small orchestra.
